We showcase their product every day via our New York Strip Steak, PA Proud Burger, and Prime Rib. Seth, a fourth-generation farmer, and owner of Hershey Lancaster Beef educated us on the Angus cattle acquisition process, feeding process, environmental sustainability efforts, and much more!
