Booking and reservations

To reserve a space for your event at Powerhouse Eatery, please complete our party inquiry form and submit the required deposit as specified (not all parties will require a deposit). Your reservation will be considered tentative until the booking is officially confirmed by our management team. We will review your submission and deposit to finalize your reservation and ensure all details are in place for your event.

Deposit and payment

Not all parties will require a deposit. The deposit amount will be determined and communicated by Powerhouse Eatery management during your initial contact with us. Deposits are non-refundable. The remaining balance of your payment is due in full on the day of your event. Please note that a gratuity charge of 20% and the applicable sales tax will be added to your final bill.

Assurance Policy

To ensure the perfect preparation of your event, Powerhouse Eatery requires that the exact number of guests be confirmed at least five business days prior to your event (unless other arrangements are made prior with our team). Please note that once this number is finalized, it cannot be reduced. Additionally, to help us provide the best experience, all menu selections must be finalized no less than ten days prior to your event. All plated party menu selections, hors d’oeuvre selections, buffet selections, and/or bar selections must be confirmed. This will allow our staff ample time to prepare and ensure that every detail meets your expectations.

special requests and accommodations

Please inform us of any dietary restrictions and preferences during menu selection. We will make every effort to accommodate these requests. Powerhouse Eatery is committed to ensuring accessibility for all guests. Please let us know in advance if you require special accommodations so that we can make the necessary arrangements to enhance your experience.

Damages and conduct

At Powerhouse Eatery, we kindly request that no decorations be attached to the walls, furnishings, or ceilings using nails, staples, tape, or any other adhesives. Additionally, we do not permit the use of confetti or non-weighted balloons within our premises. To maintain the integrity of our spaces, please ensure that any alterations to the rooms’ aesthetics are approved by our management team in advance. The event host or sponsor will be held responsible for any damage or loss of property caused by their guests, invitees, or independent contractors associated with the event.

cancellation and refunds

Should you need to cancel your event, please notify us as soon as possible. In the event that the occurrence of inclement weather or an unforeseen illness leads to the cancellation of the scheduled event, the host will reorganize and set a new date for the event.
